IVD Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated IVD Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Morocco. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase product awareness, engage healthcare professionals, and drive business growth for our in‑vitro diagnostic portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Promote and present IVD products to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and sales tools.
• Support product launches and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Organize product training sessions for distributors, teams, and customers.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IVD products or a similar role within medical devices, diagnostics, or laboratory industry.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital marketing tools.
