About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Junior Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist. This entry‑level position offers a one‑year fixed‑term contract and the chance to develop KYC expertise while working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously ensure compliance with KYC processes for new and existing clients.
• Verify personal documents and complete KYC questionnaires.
• Conduct full client information reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients in writing to request or clarify information.
• Implement and monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
• Perform routine daily tasks using Gemini or similar AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Higher education (final‑year student or graduate) in law, economics, finance or related field.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini is a plus.
