Junior HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & People Ops

About the role

NDigitalTrust is seeking an energetic Junior HR Generalist to support the growth of its team culture and people operations. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and building smooth HR processes in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while managing pipelines in an ATS.
• Create welcoming onboarding experiences and handle off‑boarding procedures.
• Develop and publish culture‑focused content and job announcements on LinkedIn and other career channels.
• Maintain employee records, prepare contracts, track leave/attendance, and support monthly payroll preparation.
• Organise team‑building events, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives.
• Digitise and improve internal HR workflows, templates, and onboarding guides.
• Support day‑to‑day compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Based in Morocco with a Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or people operations; startup or tech experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills in French and English (Arabic a plus).

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Experience using Notion.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS tools.
