Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

Kenz'up, a fast‑growing fintech startup in Morocco, is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to support its Business Development team. You will help expand the partner network across FMCG, retail, mobility and other sectors, contributing to the company’s cashback and loyalty ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in prospecting, onboarding and managing new B2C partners.
• Support the creation of partnership proposals, presentations and tailored deals.
• Participate in negotiations to secure win‑win agreements.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Track performance metrics related to user activation, retention and partner impact.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business development, sales or partnership management.
• Strong interest in loyalty programmes, cashback solutions and B2B/B2C relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a startup environment.
• Fluency in French and good English skills.
