Junior LMS / Digital Learning Support Specialist

About the role

The Junior LMS / Digital Learning Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of ETAP's digital learning ecosystem. Working within a collaborative, learning‑focused team, you will provide day‑to‑day LMS support, help create and update eLearning content, and assist with training roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the global LMS daily, including user management, enrolments, reporting and content organization.
• Support users by troubleshooting incidents, escalating technical issues and tracking resolutions.
• Create, update, translate and deploy eLearning courses and learning paths.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams to structure content and support training deployments.
• Monitor training performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement, while staying informed on digital learning tools and trends, including AI.

Required profile

• Interest in digital learning, eLearning or training technologies.
• Basic knowledge of LMS platforms or eLearning authoring tools (a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a structured manner.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a digital training environment.
• Good written and spoken English for interaction with international users and teams.
