Junior Manager – Accountancy and Advice

About the role

Forvis Mazars Business Services is seeking a Junior Manager to lead low‑complexity accountancy assignments and begin building long‑lasting client relationships. You will act as a trusted business advisor, acquiring new assignments and supporting the delivery of high‑quality services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute low‑complexity accountancy assignments with minimal supervision.
• Delegate work to assistants, coach their development, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and link them to Mazars’ service offerings.
• Participate in business development by acquiring new assignments from existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to assignment planning, staffing, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare simple quotations for small projects.
• Promote Mazars’ products and services within your professional network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant accountancy experience.
• Proven experience guiding and supervising assistants.
• Ability to understand client businesses and deliver technical solutions.
• Strong orientation toward building trusted advisor relationships.
