About the role
We are seeking a Junior Organizational Manager to support the implementation of Global Capabilities and Operating Model standards across our local entities. You will drive organizational transformation, promote agile ways of working, and ensure that global frameworks are effectively executed at the local level.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt and implement the Operating Model and design principles in line with Global standards.
- Lead local organizational transformation initiatives in partnership with People Function and Organizational Architecture teams.
- Drive Agile transformation and promote agile methodologies across the organization.
- Develop and oversee local Business Process Management (BPM) models, policies, and control frameworks.
- Lead process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate optimization of CRM/ERP tools (MS Dynamics) within Allianz Services.
- Promote adoption of digital platforms and ensure alignment with Group standards.
- Implement and maintain frameworks for performance monitoring, service management, transformation, standardization, and harmonization.
- Lead Project Portfolio Management (PPM) – governance, budget tracking, scope monitoring, and project maturity assessment.
- Maintain and monitor the local project portfolio (IT and non‑IT), identify synergies, manage dependencies, and ensure effective reporting.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a global shared‑services environment.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to quickly grasp business models and align organizational design with objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Experience in digital, technology, operations, consulting, or insurance functions is a plus.
