About the role

We are looking for an in‑house corporate lawyer to join a leading import‑export company in the agro‑food sector, based in Tangier. The successful candidate will provide legal support across commercial, corporate, insurance and intellectual‑property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and monitor commercial contracts such as purchase, sales, distribution, service agreements, NDAs and partnership agreements.
• Handle corporate law matters for the group’s entities in France and abroad, including deed preparation, legal formalities and statutory publications.
• Manage insurance claims and provide related legal advice.
• Oversee trademark filings in Morocco, France and internationally.
• Prepare pre‑litigation and litigation documents, coordinate with external counsel and collection agencies in Morocco and overseas.
• Conduct legal monitoring and produce synthesis notes.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to operational teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Law.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an international corporate legal department, preferably in the agro‑food industry.
• Strong analytical, drafting and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French required.
