Laboratory Technician (CMM & GD&T)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Moroccan site of KOSTAL, a leading automotive supplier. You will work closely with R&D and production quality teams to ensure precise dimensional verification of components using advanced metrology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings to select the most effective measurement approach.
• Create 3D comparison models by aligning CT‑scan data with CAD geometry for dimensional evaluation.
• Develop and execute measurement programs on coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Prepare detailed measurement reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate measurement activities with R&D and production quality teams.

Required profile

• Mechanical technician diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar metrology role.
• Hands‑on experience operating CMM equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficiency in French and English.
