Lead Technical Project Manager & Operations Integrator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital solutions company seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager & Operations Integrator to own our project pipeline. You will turn client promises into shipped products, signed‑off deliverables, and paid invoices while operating independently of the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent web/software projects from kickoff to production deployment and client handover.
• Run daily 15‑minute stand‑ups to unblock team members, challenge unrealistic estimates, and devise quick technical work‑arounds.
• Align milestones with cash flow by defining “Done” (deployed, QA‑verified, client‑signed) and triggering invoicing.
• Make 80/20 trade‑off decisions on the fly without escalating every issue.
• Lead client communications, set clear expectations, diplomatically push back on scope creep, and convert changes into billable requests or future phases.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation (software engineering, computer science, or full‑stack web architecture).
• Commercial pragmatism – a “recovering engineer” who values shipping viable solutions over endless perfection.
• Proven experience delivering 4‑8 simultaneous projects in a digital agency, software house, or fast‑paced startup.
• Radical ownership – you take responsibility for release outcomes and continuously improve operational processes.
