Lead Tester - Payroll & Time Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Tester to drive the validation of a major HR and Payroll transformation. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations and time‑and‑attendance processes before the cloud‑based platform goes live.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy and create detailed test plans.
• Design and execute functional test scenarios for payroll and time‑and‑attendance modules.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Validate payroll calculations, tax rules, and attendance rules end‑to‑end.
• Track defects, manage their resolution, and ensure quality throughout the testing cycle.
• Support go‑live activities, including cut‑over validation and post‑implementation checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing payroll systems and HRIS/Time & Attendance solutions.
• Strong functional testing background with a track record of leading UAT.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in both French and English.
• Experience in large‑scale HR and payroll transformation projects.
