Lean Internship – Performance Optimization

About the role

APM Terminals Tangier is offering a three‑month Lean Internship for a Bac+4 student. Starting in July 2026, you will join the Lean Department and work on a defined improvement project within the dynamic environment of Tangier Med Port.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of a Lean project, such as a Lean leadership assessment focused on sustainability.
• Collect, analyse and visualise operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist senior Lean professionals in applying Lean tools and methodologies.
• Prepare brief reports and presentations on project progress and results.

Required profile

• Bac+4 student in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement or a related field.
• Strong interest in operational excellence, change management and sustainable improvement.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
