Customer Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Quality Assurance Engineer to support our clients by analysing errors, providing technical solutions and handling complaints. The role includes a 3‑6 week training in Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany, followed by on‑site visits to construction sites to gather technical details.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct error analysis together with customers and develop corrective solutions.
• Provide technical support and act as a point of contact for customers.
• Participate in complaints‑management projects and propose improvement suggestions.
• Process customer claims in a customer‑oriented manner and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel to construction sites to collect relevant technical information.

Required profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship in refrigeration/air‑conditioning or in electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication).
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of German is a plus; fluent English required.
