Lean Management Engineer

About the role

The Lean Management Engineer will support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing facilities by designing efficient plant layouts, evaluating process changes, and driving cost‑saving projects. The role combines strong analytical abilities with hands‑on expertise in lean tools and CAD modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate new project layouts, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Assess and prioritize risks associated with process changes, highlighting savings and cost impacts.
• Provide simulation models of layout proposals to aid decision‑making and optimisation.
• Identify improvement projects across all operational areas and coordinate their implementation.
• Calculate Free Production Space (FPS) regularly to optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Master’s or Engineer degree with 1‑2 years of experience in a similar lean or process‑optimisation role.
• Strong command of English and the ability to work autonomously, precisely and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, including workshop moderation.

Required skills

• Lean methodologies (PDCA, 5S, SFM, VSW, etc.).
• Process optimisation and ROI data preparation.
• Spatial geometry, perspective drawing and 3‑D visualisation.
• Proficiency with CAD software (2D and 3D) for creating and editing technical drawings.
