Legal Advisor – Tourism Operations

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance needs of our tourism destination operations in Morocco. The role combines corporate law, contract management, labor law, and sector‑specific regulations to ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company operations and business activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnership documents.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws, tourism regulations, licensing, and permitting requirements.
• Handle labor‑law matters, employee documentation, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.
• Monitor legal risks and deliver preventive recommendations.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and compliance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, labor, or tourism‑related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (mandatory); English is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
