About the role
TE is seeking a Line Inspector to join its manufacturing team. The role involves operating molding machines, visually inspecting components, and performing repetitive tasks to produce and assemble parts in a safe and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate molding machines and conduct visual inspections of molded components.
- Perform periodic quality inspections and tests on machine parts, providing feedback to engineers and supervisors.
- Weigh, package, and prepare components, including assembling boxes and verifying specifications.
- Drive initiatives aimed at increasing plant productivity, material savings, and cost reduction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop floor, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
Required skills
- Molding machine operation.
- Quality inspection techniques.
- Packaging and component weighing.
