Local Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Based in Casablanca, you will ensure product availability by managing sales forecasts, replenishment activities, and inventory levels. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to align supply with demand and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the 3‑year sales forecasting process using statistical models and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to achieve consensus.
• Coordinate replenishment activities to maintain product availability and optimize inventory against service level and working capital targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory, or obsolescence.
• Manage product allocations and support local and regional product launches.
• Ensure planning data reliability and accuracy within ERP systems.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about risks, priorities, and continuity plans.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and service level, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Advanced user of Excel and planning/ERP systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
