Maintenance Planner – Casablanca

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will organise and schedule maintenance activities for Bayer's facilities in Casablanca, ensuring optimal equipment availability and performance. You will work closely with maintenance and production teams to translate preventive and predictive strategies into actionable work packages.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders in the CMMS, maintaining accurate equipment history.
• Estimate labour, material and tool requirements and coordinate parts availability with procurement.
• Develop detailed preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, including plant shutdown planning.
• Act as a liaison between maintenance crews, production operators and external vendors to align maintenance goals with production targets.
• Analyse maintenance metrics to identify recurring issues, reduce costs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• At least a Baccalaureate degree with 2 years of university education in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with equipment manuals.
