Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Maintenance Specialist ensures that production machinery and technology for coaxial cable manufacturing operate at peak performance. You will adjust, fine‑tune, and maintain equipment such as crimping stations, assembly lines, and fully automatic testing rigs.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust and calibrate crimping, assembly, and testing equipment for coaxial cables.
• Execute corrective maintenance tasks, documenting all interventions.
• Set up and fine‑tune tools and production equipment each shift.
• Supervise machines and verify correct operation multiple times per shift.
• Complete tasks outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Worksheet.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to configure settings for mass production after preventive work.
• Hand over information between shifts to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain regular contact with department engineers.
• Follow quality, safety, fire protection, health, and environmental regulations.
• Protect and properly maintain all assigned assets.

Required profile

• Bac+2 qualification in Electromechanical & Automation technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industrial maintenance processes.
