About the role

The Grocery and Biscuit Aisle Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery and biscuit department in a Carrefour hypermarket located in Fez, Morocco. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the aisle to meet objectives for margins, stock, productivity, breakage, and out‑of‑stock rates.
• Develop and monitor weekly staff schedules and organize team workflow.
• Implement the group’s commercial policy and foster customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Place orders, receive deliveries, and control inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Commerce or Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in biscuit or grocery retail management.
• Proven ability in merchandising, negotiation and team animation.
• Capability to propose improvements based on performance indicators.
• Experience reading dashboards and key performance metrics.
