Manager – Reporting and Learning IT Solutions

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Manager to lead the integration and optimisation of HR IT solutions, focusing on reporting and learning tools. You will work closely with global HR functions and IT teams to deliver unified, efficient solutions that support strategic initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with French and international stakeholders to align local HR processes with global strategies.
• Oversee the integration, optimisation and adoption of reporting, learning, Core HR and Workforce Analytics tools.
• Facilitate cross‑regional partnerships between HR and IT, simplifying the technology landscape.
• Act as a liaison between business needs and global objectives, ensuring scalable HR processes.
• Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to enhance HR operations.
• Provide strategic leadership for HR IT projects and work with senior management on technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and English professional with 7+ years of experience in HR IT domains.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact HR IT projects.
• Strong project, problem‑solving and team‑leadership capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
