Manufacturing Quality Coordinator (TAC)

About the role

The Manufacturing Quality Coordinator (TAC) ensures that product quality specifications meet corporate and customer standards. You will establish and maintain QA/QC policies, oversee assessments, and manage vendor and offshore quality activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product quality specifications comply with corporate and customer requirements.
• Develop and enforce QA/QC policies and standards for product assessment, technical service, vendor evaluations, and offshore operations.
• Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate with vendors to implement corporate quality policies.
• Set goals and objectives for team members and monitor performance.
• Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience supervising professional‑level employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and standards.
• Ability to set clear objectives and ensure policy compliance across teams.
