Market Access Manager

About the role

The Market Access Manager will be locally accountable for implementing market access strategies for Johnson & Johnson's portfolio in Morocco, ensuring timely and sustainable patient access through value dossiers, pricing business cases, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Morocco market access plans, translating regional strategies into tactical actions for priority therapeutic areas.
• Build launch-access plans for new products, anticipating evidence, pricing, reimbursement and stakeholder needs.
• Design and support compliant patient access programs, monitor performance and coordinate external partners.
• Prepare value and reimbursement dossiers, health‑economic analyses and pricing scenarios aligned with national requirements.
• Engage key stakeholders such as health authorities, payers and healthcare professionals in line with the approved engagement strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health or business; postgraduate training in health economics or market access is a plus.
• 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan healthcare system, payer environment and reimbursement pathways.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building pricing models, financial simulations and scenario analyses.
• Strong analytical, technical writing and presentation abilities.
