Market Access Manager – Specialty Neuroscience & Eye Care

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Market Access Manager to develop and execute integrated access strategies for specialty neuroscience and eye‑care products across the North‑West Africa region. The role will support product launches, lifecycle management and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of payer landscapes and healthcare systems to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement strategies, engaging with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare authorities, payers and cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare value dossiers and leverage HEOR data to demonstrate clinical and economic benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for all access programs in Morocco.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of market access principles, pricing, reimbursement and health economics.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceutical products in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
• Strategic thinking ability to develop and align market access plans with business objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with cultural and economic factors specific to the region.
