Menstrual Health Coordinator

About the role

Project Soar is launching a national menstrual health initiative in Morocco and seeks a Menstrual Health Coordinator based in Marrakech. The role will support the design, coordination and delivery of menstrual product distributions, education workshops and related activities across schools and boarding houses nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and roll out programme activities across schools and boarding houses, creating workplans, timelines and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate logistics for nationwide distributions, including scheduling site visits, tracking inventory of menstrual kits and managing field operations.
• Collaborate with internal finance, M&E and communications teams to ensure smooth delivery and adapt plans to field realities.
• Engage with government partners, educational institutions and local organisations, maintaining clear communication and building trust‑based relationships.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges to ensure continuity of delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Education, Gender Studies, Social Work, Development Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in NGO or development contexts.
• Proven experience managing complex logistics and multi‑site programmes, especially school‑based initiatives.
• Familiarity with menstrual health issues and gender‑sensitive programming.
