Methods & Process Leader – Lighting Activity

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Methods & Process Leader for its Lighting Activity. The role focuses on driving industrial technology, process standardisation and performance across the product group’s plants and production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the industrial technologies within the assigned perimeter.
• Manage and animate the Process Expertise Center for the perimeter.
• Coordinate interfaces between product groups, platforms and other Process Expertise Centers.
• Oversee the industrial network (plant, production, industrialisation) and the industrial plan aligned with the MTP.
• Define standard processes, validate supplier panels, tools and equipment, and ensure their deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D on P2 process policies and worldwide standardisation programmes.
• Participate in Standardisation Committee, PMC, Red Project Review and other governance meetings.
• Define equipment and tool standardisation rules, manage budget targets and equipment transfers.
• Monitor site industrial performance, delivery, quality and asset utilisation, supporting sites during ramp‑up and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
