Mid/Senior Associate – Corporate M&A (Casablanca)

About the role

Al Tamimi & Company is seeking a qualified corporate lawyer to join its Casablanca office as a Mid/Senior Associate in Corporate M&A. The role supports the partner responsible for the corporate and commercial practice and contributes to the growth of the Moroccan market through cross‑border and domestic transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Support the partner with business development initiatives related to the corporate/commercial practice.
• Manage multiple files and projects under pressure while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3‑8 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in an international law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate/commercial law, M&A transactions, and capital markets.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English; Arabic is desirable but not essential.
• Proven ability to take responsibility, manage files, and work under tight deadlines.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law.
