Molding Setup Operator

About the role

As a Molding Setup Operator you will work on the shop floor to prepare and run molding equipment, ensuring parts are produced to tight tolerances. You will collaborate with a diverse team to maintain high quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor workflow and quality during each run, following procedures for equipment failures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
• Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components and report findings to engineers and supervisors.
• Diagnose and repair identified equipment issues, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork orientation and commitment to company values such as integrity and innovation.

• Operation of common machine tools.
