Molding Setup Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Molding Setup Technician to join our production team. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and running molding equipment, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines and related tools to start production runs.
• Monitor machine settings, adjust parameters according to work requirements, and document inspection and quality data.
• Assist supervisors in allocating resources, track critical performance metrics, and report results to management.
• Maintain production timelines, record time and quantity data, and provide guidance to newer team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to troubleshoot operational issues and adapt procedures, techniques, and materials to meet product specifications.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under defined timelines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to train and support teammates.
