Tool & Die Maker IV

About the role

We are seeking a Tool & Die Maker IV to join our manufacturing team at TE. In this role you will design, fabricate, and maintain high‑quality tools and dies that support our production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify tool specifications and recommend design, material, or process revisions.
• Ensure machines meet required specifications by adjusting control speed, material selection, and adding new features.
• Fabricate parts or complete tools using mills and lathes from tooling prints, blueprints, and product drawings, achieving close tolerances.
• Monitor quality checks, document results, and work with maintenance to repair machines and tools.
• Troubleshoot mold issues during production and support equipment to minimize production loss.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of related experience (junior level).
• High school diploma; vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
