Moroccan Phone Sales Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

An experienced phone sales representative is sought to contact potential and existing players by phone, increasing deposits, improving player retention and bringing inactive players back to the platform. The position is hybrid and candidates must be based in Casablanca or Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential players and interested leads
• Contact registered players who have not yet made their first deposit and follow up with new players to encourage it
• Contact existing players to maintain engagement and retention
• Reach out to inactive players and encourage them to return to the platform
• Answer questions, handle objections and explain relevant promotions
• Track calls, follow-ups and sales results, and work towards individual and team sales targets

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Moroccan Darija/Arabic
• Previous experience in phone sales, telesales or customer retention
• Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage
• Available to work in the office 3 to 5 days per week and available to start as soon as possible
