About the role
The MQ Technician II supports quality management within our manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced engineers and inspectors, you will help ensure that production meets the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections across assigned production areas.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control and inspection plans.
- Train production staff on quality and inspection procedures and standards.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality and inspection findings.
Required profile
- Typically 2 or more years of related work experience.
- High school diploma required; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to values such as integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
