MQ Technician III

About the role

The MQ Technician III will join our quality team to ensure that incoming materials meet strict standards and that any non‑conformities are quickly contained and resolved. You will work closely with suppliers, production staff and the IQI team to drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods, manage sampling procedures and handle damaged boxes.
• Provide production drawings and supplier technical data sheets to support inspections.
• Organise and drive containment actions in the warehouse and on the production floor.
• Perform initial analysis of issues and create Z2 quality notifications.
• Track blocked material, monitor supplier effectiveness and lead corrective actions.
• Lead the IQI team, ensuring proper use and calibration of control equipment.
• Train and onboard new inspectors, fostering a culture of quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) or equivalent technical education.
• 3‑5 years of experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to set priorities, organise work and align actions with business and sustainability goals.
• Knowledge of environment, fire protection, work safety and QA policies.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of quality problem‑solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Why.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
