• Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed evaluation reports to hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the .Net ecosystem to ensure accurate candidate assessment.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in .Net technologies such as C#, ASP.NET.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to give constructive feedback and conduct interviews professionally.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
