Network Operations Engineer – Optical Networks

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Network Operations Engineer to join our team in Rabat. You will play a key part in designing, deploying and operating optical network infrastructure for international telecom projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain wavelength‑division multiplexing (WDM) networks.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot optical equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure service availability.
- Support optimization and capacity‑planning activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Required profile
- Degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of WDM technologies.
- Experience with optical vendors such as Ciena, Huawei, or Nokia is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with solid troubleshooting abilities.
- Fluent English.

- Familiarity with Ciena, Huawei, and Nokia optical solutions.
