About the role
Arrow ECS is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Network and Technical Support Engineer to join its global support team. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line assistance to customers worldwide, helping them maintain and troubleshoot complex networking and security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support via email, telephone, live‑chat and remote sessions.
- Resolve escalated incidents involving firewalls, antivirus, web filtering, virtual infrastructures and load balancers.
- Replicate customer configurations to diagnose and fix complex errors.
- Manage multiple high‑priority issues simultaneously.
- Continuously develop expertise in selected products and obtain relevant certifications.
Required profile
- Strong passion for networking, security and Linux environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and pursue rapid skill development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish or German is a plus.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and related networking protocols.
- Experience administering, installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux devices.
- Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, web filtering, virtual infrastructures and load balancers.
- Familiarity with vendors such as CheckPoint, NetApp, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5 and Microsoft.
