About the role
The Night Audit Manager supports the execution of general‑ledger processes during night hours, providing client support and ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits across all property areas.
- Perform ledger balancing, reconciliation, credit card ledger management and contract verification.
- Generate timely reports and presentations, analyze results and resolve discrepancies.
- Post all transactions regularly to keep billing up‑to‑date and ensure audits are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate profit and loss documentation, monitor taxes and complete period‑end functions.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting (or 2‑year degree with 1 year relevant experience).
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, fraud and collection regulations, and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems and communicate findings effectively.
- Demonstrated personal integrity, effective listening and conflict‑management skills.
