About the role
The Night Audit Manager supports the execution of general ledger processes during night hours, providing client support and ensuring accurate accounting functions such as ledger reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned.
- Conducts Accounting SOP audits for all property areas and ensures timely completion.
- Balances credit‑card ledgers and posts all transactions regularly.
- Verifies group contracts, performs credit reference checks, and manages credit‑card billing.
- Generates accurate reports and presentations, analyzes information to solve problems.
- Monitors taxes, documents profits and losses, and completes period‑end functions.
- Maintains strong accounting controls to safeguard assets and supports other units with budgeting policies.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting (no experience required) OR
- 2‑year degree in Finance and Accounting with at least 1 year relevant experience.
