About the role
LEONI is looking for an Office Manager to provide administrative and organisational support to the Plant Manager and department heads. You will act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Plant Manager and department managers with administrative tasks and ad‑hoc requests.
- Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Manage email correspondence, written communications and phone inquiries.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Handle general office logistics and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Initial experience in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent in French and English.
