Officer of Permanence – Service Head (2 openings) at Marrakech Airport

About the role

The Office National des Aéroports is seeking two internal candidates to serve as Officer of Permanence at the rank of Service Head for Marrakech Menara Airport. This senior position ensures continuous representation of airport management and operational services outside regular administrative hours.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the airport management continuously and liaise with operational services after regular hours.
• Supervise all airport‑related activities, ensuring decisions and instructions from management are implemented.
• Coordinate actions to resolve major operational disruptions.
• Monitor and control airport operations (security, safety, exploitation, agents, and ground handling) during off‑hours.
• Prepare precise and exhaustive reports on events and incidents occurring outside administrative hours.
• Manage airport personnel and maintain liaison with external administrations and services during off‑hours.
• Oversee passenger, baggage, freight, and aircraft operations.

Required profile

• Internal candidates meeting the eligibility criteria defined in article 3 of the internal call.
• Proven experience in airport operations or a related supervisory role.
• Ability to make decisions and coordinate teams during non‑administrative periods.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
