Opérateur Traitement de Surface – Aéronautique

About the role

We are strengthening our surface‑treatment team at a dedicated aerospace parts manufacturing site. The operator will perform surface‑treatment operations on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with production specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute surface‑treatment processes according to the current manufacturing routing and work instructions.
• Inspect and verify production lines at the start of each shift using the monitoring sheet, reporting any anomalies to supervisors for immediate correction.
• Perform first‑level equipment maintenance checks at the beginning of each shift.
• Handle the loading and unloading of parts in accordance with instruction sheets and technical documents.

Required profile

• Diploma Bac+2/3 in Surface Treatment, Chemistry, Industrial Processes or equivalent.
• Junior level (1‑3 years) experience or recent graduate willing to develop expertise.
• Strong understanding of chemical bath principles and associated safety procedures.
