Operations Early Talent Leadership Development – Project Management

About the role

Eaton’s Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three‑year rotational scheme designed for recent graduates who want to launch an international career in operations and project management. The journey starts in September 2026 as a Program Management Analyst at the Business Service Center in Budapest.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project and Program Managers on strategic manufacturing and functional initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Maintain project governance, schedule meetings, and follow‑up on action items.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Identify variances, propose corrective actions, and contribute to continuous‑improvement activities within the PMO.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management methodologies and tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
