Order Scheduler

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for an Order Scheduler to support daily order releasing based on the Master Production Plan while balancing commercial and industrial constraints. The role involves coordinating carlines, preparing for a new order planning system, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to daily order releasing defined in the Master Production Plan.
• Plan orders for each carline/cluster, ensuring alignment with commercial and industrial constraints.
• Prepare for the transition to the new Order Scheduling System (OSS) and support its deployment.
• Analyze pain points in order planning and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between commercial communities (country and central suppliers) and industrial teams.
• Provide change management and technical support during system roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Master's degree in logistics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive project management, especially in planning and range modifications during serial production.
• Strong understanding of automotive production processes.
• Fast learning ability for new vehicle ranges and client distribution systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international interaction.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Office automation tools.
• Familiarity with order planning systems such as eLIADE, BO, Recadenceur, Pleiade, Locen, OSS.
