About the role
Join our Order to Cash team in Rabat and play a key part in processing orders and cash transactions for an IT services company. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly influence operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle partner and customer queries related to orders, billing, and cash collection.
- Perform cash collection, billing, master data management and back‑office tasks.
- Coordinate queries and follow‑up actions that affect the entire OTC process.
- Follow manager guidance, attend meetings and trainings, and deliver training to new team members.
- Create and update process documentation, ensure backup coverage and work autonomously.
- Respect working schedules, provide audit evidence, and escalate issues when needed.
- Comply with business controls, quality, security and organizational policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Order to Cash or Account Receivables role.
- Resilience under pressure, strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Proactive internal communication and collaborative teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency in order management systems.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Experience with a customized ERP system.
