About the role
The Outlet Manager will support the hotel’s financial objectives by assisting Food and Beverage management in daily operations of the restaurant and other F&B and banquet areas. The role ensures top‑quality product and service standards to maximise guest satisfaction, revenue and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Food and Beverage team in the day‑to‑day running of restaurant, banquet and other outlet areas.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and service to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management Food & Beverage position.
- Friendly, customer‑centric attitude with a positive, accommodating demeanor.
- Fluency in both French and English.
