Outlet Manager - Rabat Marriott Hotel

About the role

The Rabat Marriott Hotel is looking for an Outlet Manager (full time) for its food and beverage outlet at the Avenue Inaouin Arribat Center in Agdal. The role covers restaurants, bars and room service, supervising daily operations, supporting menu planning and maintaining high standards of service and sanitation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant, bar/lounge and room service operations, including staffing levels and service and sanitation standards.
• Lead the food and beverage team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with food safety, liquor laws and hotel policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage human resources: set performance standards, run training and development, and improve employee retention.
• Oversee the financial side of the department, including purchasing and invoice payments, and supervise shifts in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or a related profession, or 2 years of experience with a relevant degree.
