About the role
Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions division is seeking a Palo Alto Technical Pre‑Sales Engineer to join its Morocco team. You will act as the technical bridge between sales, vendors, business partners and end‑users, promoting Palo Alto products and designing secure network solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Promote Palo Alto portfolio and support the sales organization on technical matters.
- Identify opportunities by analysing partner and end‑user requirements.
- Design, size and optimise security architectures, including proof‑of‑concept and proof‑of‑value deployments.
- Deliver technical workshops, product demos and hands‑on training for partners and customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs and present solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity products, industry trends and vendor certifications.
Required profile
- Engineer degree or equivalent (5‑year) with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in cybersecurity technologies and network security.
- Fluent in English and French.
Required skills
- Palo Alto Networks products (NGFW, Cloud‑Delivered Security).
- Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, DLP, IAM, Zero Trust.
- Network security: Routing, Switching, VPN, SD‑WAN, Wireless, IPS/IDS.
- Cloud security: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP.
- SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, Secure Web Gateway.
- Solution sizing, architecture design, proof‑of‑concept execution.
- Virtualisation, Windows and Linux environments.
