About the role

RateGain is seeking a Partner – Sales to lead new‑business acquisition for its hospitality technology portfolio across Morocco. The role will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting independent hotels and chains to closing high‑value contracts for AI‑driven revenue solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with independent hotels, hotel groups and hospitality chains throughout Morocco.
• Present and sell the complete RateGain and Sojern portfolio, including Channel Manager, CRS, Booking Engine, Smart Distribution, GDS, Parity+, Navigator, Soho and AI‑based solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, commercial directors, revenue managers and digital marketing teams.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, product demonstrations and regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality technology, hotel sales, distribution or revenue management.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior hotel stakeholders.
