Photographer / Videographer / Director – EU visibility project in Morocco

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Photographer, Videographer and Director to support an EU‑funded visibility and public diplomacy project in Morocco. The successful candidate will join a team of non‑key experts and contribute to the creation of high‑quality visual content that enhances the European Union’s presence and understanding in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce photographic and video material for events, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, direct and edit audiovisual content in line with the project’s communication strategy.
• Collaborate with communication specialists to ensure visual assets align with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage the full production workflow from concept to final delivery.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+3) in audiovisual, cinema, photography, visual communication, multimedia or a related field.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in photo/video production, event coverage, directing and editing (or 6 years if the degree requirement is not met).
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience covering events and producing audiovisual content.
