Plant HSE Coordinator

About the role

Join Forvia as a Plant HSE Coordinator, responsible for driving health, safety and environmental performance at an industrial site. You will support the company’s ambition of zero accidents and minimal environmental impact through proactive HSE management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Forvia’s HSE rules, national regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the HSE management system, reporting to the management committee.
• Lead self‑assessment and internal audits, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations, define preventive measures and monitor their implementation.
• Promote HSE culture through key indicators, tools and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HSE or related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Proven experience with HSE tools, risk analysis, data collection and internal auditing.
• Good knowledge of national HSE regulations and standards.
• Intermediate proficiency in oral and written English.
